Friday Bowl- Bursting Blueberry

Feeling blue? This might cheer you up. This bowl is chocked full of blueberry goodness and lots of nutrition. I took only a few blueberries and microwaved them for about 20 seconds. This made the blueberries burst into a juice. Then I added some healthy Butterfly Pea flower and wha la. Not only was this bowl healthy and filling. It was full of flavor and fun to eat.

  1. I love your Bursting with blueberries goodness! Did you know that I won a contest called bursting with blueberries one year at the county fair! Have a beautiful weekend friend!

  3. I’m going to stock up on good yogurt and toppings for Louis Dean. He gets up in the middle of the night because he’s hungry! This would be so much better for him than him cooking grilled cheese sandwiches ......or pancakes at 3:00 in the morning!

  4. I was eating healthy and then fell off course. It's so hard to get back at it. These seem like a simple way to start. Much smarter than the handful of chocolate chips I had for breakfast.

  5. Its looks like you're doing great with the clean eating Lisa! I love blueberries, but they don't always love me, hence acid reflux lol.
