I love pimento cheese. I make mine like this...Ummm! I love pimento cheese. I make mine like this with a couple of differences. I use the whole jar of pimentos and I don't use the garlic and onion powder. Oh, and I add about 1/4 cup chopped pecans. I'm gonna have to try your recipe though.
